For the Summer season we can have a minimum of 10 players and a maximum of 15 players on our roster. Rosters are finalized by the start of the 3rd game. If a player does not play at least 4 regular season games she is not eligible to participate in the playoffs or all-star games. In unique situations such as injury, we will handle on a case by case basis. In the PYBL, if you make a team, playing time is not guaranteed. Players will be played as the Coach see's fit! The goal of the PYBL is not development, but to win it all!
NEW RULE: 3 players can be on the roster for both rising stars and elite.
A rising stars player can be moved up to the elite team at any time during the season if she is not one of these players, playing a maximum of 3 games.
Uniforms are custom designed and created for each team in the PYBL. Uniforms are not included in the registration fee and players will not keep them at the end of the season. Team Manager, will collect jerseys after each game. Players can not play in any jersey other than the issued jerseys. This also ensures that players will have their jerseys on game days and doesn’t affect the quality of pictures that are being taken. Several games were videoed and photographed with players in t-shirts, and as a result we could not use them on our website or social media, as it is a poor representation of the league.
***We are not rescheduling games. If you cannot play your scheduled time it will be considered a forfeit.

For a team with only 5 eligible players to play, a player on that team cannot foul out. Once he/she receives the 5th foul they are allowed to stay in the game, but every foul the player has going forward is two shot for the opposing team and the ball.
We are keeping the 5-second closely guarded rule
